Reebootradio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FAMUS live streaming platform and FAMUS Blackjack mobile game (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, username, and profile photo when you create an account.
• Content: Live streams, audio, photos, and videos you upload or broadcast.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including streams watched, features used, and time spent.

• Location: Approximate location derived from IP address for ad serving purposes.
• Payment Information: Transaction data for tips, subscriptions, and gifts (payment details are processed by Stripe and not stored by us).

FAMUS Blackjack Data

FAMUS Blackjack is an adults-only simulated casino game. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash payouts, prizes of significant monetary value, or precise GPS location collection.

FAMUS Blackjack and its advertising and analytics providers may collect or share user IDs, approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, crash logs, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers. This information is used for advertising, analytics, app performance, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Requests

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.

To request deletion of FAMUS or FAMUS Blackjack data:

1. Email reebootradio@gmail.com with the subject "FAMUS Data Deletion Request."
2. State whether the request concerns FAMUS Live, FAMUS Blackjack, or both.
3. Include the user ID associated with the request, if available. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account identifiers, app activity, and other data under our control unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, transactions, or law. Data retained for those purposes is kept only for the applicable legal or operational period. Information held by advertising or analytics providers is also subject to their retention policies and available device or account controls.

5. Children's Privacy

FAMUS is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

6. Your Rights
