Request deletion of your Famus account and data
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your profile, streams, followers, and any remaining Duckets balance.
Open Famus app > Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Send an email to support@fam-us.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or username.
Profile information
Username and bio
Profile picture
Stream history
Chat messages
Followers/Following lists
Duckets balance
Subscription data
Transaction records (7 years - legal requirement)
Anonymized analytics data
Note: Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to your account after deletion.
Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
